Terms of Use

1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (ToU) define the rights and obligations of PAD Consulting SAS (hereinafter "the Publisher") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") accessing the PAD Solutions diagnostics platform.
2. Access to the service
Access to PAD Solutions is reserved for users with an active account, opened as part of an advisory engagement or by invitation of the Publisher. The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately to the Publisher.
3. Conditions of access
PAD Solutions is not sold self-service: access to the diagnostics is provided on request, as part of PAD Consulting's advisory services. Access and support conditions are defined case by case with the Client.
4. Term
Access is granted for the term agreed with the Client as part of their engagement. It may be suspended or terminated by the Publisher in the event of a breach of these ToU.
5. Responsibilities
The Publisher undertakes to ensure reasonable service availability and data security. The Client is responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of the data entered into the platform.
6. Intellectual property
The PAD Solutions platform, its methodology and all its components (code, interfaces, brand, content, questionnaires) remain the exclusive property of PAD Consulting SAS. Access grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence of use.
7. Data protection
The Publisher acts as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR for data entered by the Client. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.
8. Governing law
These ToU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of PAD Consulting SAS.
