Jade
JADE

An AI that cites its levers.

A generic assistant produces plausible text. In indirect sales, plausible is not enough: a Channel Manager has to defend the recommendation in front of the partner and in front of the executive committee.

Jade is built by Almare. PAD Consulting trains it on the PAD Method® and on the language of the channel.

The starting point

The problem is not producing text.

Plugging a consumer assistant into your partner data solves convenience and nothing else. It knows neither your programme, nor your partners’ business models, nor the levers you already pulled last year. It rephrases — it does not reason about your territory.

It does not know where the number comes from

With no link to the source data, the recommendation cannot be defended. It does not survive the executive committee’s first question.

It does not know your method

Advice outside the framework is advice nobody executes. It enters no action plan, cannot be measured, and evaporates.

It forgets everything between sessions

A partner’s context builds over quarters. An assistant without memory asks for it again every time.

The rule

No recommendation without its lever and its data.

It is the one rule we imposed on Jade, and it changes everything. Every answer carries two references: the lever of the PAD Method® it activates, and the partner data that triggered it.

An AI that cannot justify its answer has no place in an executive committee.

What that looks like

Why is the Northern partner slipping this quarter?

Revenue fell 28% while the number of opportunities created held steady: the loss is in conversion, not in generation. Two pre-sales certifications expired in January and were not renewed.

Where it helps

Where it wins back days.

Jade does not replace the Channel Manager. It gives back the time spent gathering, cross-checking and formatting — which is to say most of the job.

  1. 01

    Prepare a business review

It pulls together the history, the gaps to plan and the open actions, and produces the review outline. The Channel Manager arrives with questions, not with a spreadsheet.

  2. 02

    Explain a gap

It works back from the gap to plan to its likely cause, ruling out the explanations the data contradicts.

  3. 03

    Propose the next lever

Out of the 38 levers, it proposes the ones the partner’s situation makes relevant — and tells you which have already been tried.

  4. 04

    Draft the action plan

Objectives, owners, deadlines, success measure. The plan arrives written; the Channel Manager arbitrates instead of typing.

Sovereignty

Your partner data never leaves France.

Every executive committee asks this question and few vendors answer it clearly. Here is our answer.

Model
A proprietary LLM, fine-tuned (SFT then DPO) on the language of the channel — not a wrapper around a consumer model.
Hosting
Dedicated GPU in France. No dependency on a US AI cloud.
Your data
It is not used to train a shared model. Your territory stays yours.
Cost
No per-use API cost: the model is ours. Your bill does not depend on how many questions you ask.
Security
Encryption, per-client isolation and access logging, at the level enterprises expect.

Jade is Almare technology.

Almare builds the intelligence and the model; PAD Consulting trains them. Our Jade is specialised on the channel: it has learned the PAD Method®, its 38 levers and the language of indirect sales. It is not a general-purpose assistant that was handed your data.

Jade
The intelligence that reads the activity, detects the levers and drives the optimisations.
Alma
Almare’s sovereign language model, fine-tuned and hosted in France. No data sent to a third-party model.

PAD Consulting brings the method and the field experience; Almare brings the model and the infrastructure.

Memory

It remembers every partner.

Jade keeps each partner’s context over time: what was decided, what was tried, what worked. That is what separates an assistant from a co-pilot — the second one does not need the file explained again at every conversation.

Connected to your tools

Dedicated agents fetch data where it lives — CRM, email, documents, internal tools — through 26 connectors. You do not have to copy your CRM into an AI.

Honestly

What Jade does not do.

  • It does not decide for you. It prepares the decision and lays out the evidence; the call stays with the Channel Manager.

  • It does not invent data. When information is missing, it says so instead of producing a plausible answer.

  • It does not replace the method. With no levers to cite and no data to read, it has nothing to say — AI comes after the framework, never instead of it.

See it work on your territory.

The most convincing test is to ask it your questions, about your partners. We run a 60-minute working session.
